White Rose York Tours provide a free two hour tour that is like stepping back through all of England's history. For two thousand years, York has been at the centre of the nation's affairs, and our self-employed guides will bring that history to life in an entertaining and ery informative way as they lead you through lush parks and narrow lanes, past grand churches and palaces, by ruined castles and abbeys and along the historic city walls. Our free tours are in the English language only. We can organise private tours in English, French, German or Spanish, please contact us for a price..
