Produced specifically for use at international travel trade shows, the video will also support wider promotional activity across Visit York’s digital channels. This coordinated approach ensures maximum reach and impact, positioning York effectively within key global markets.
Created by production agency Hewitt & Walker, the project focused on creating a high-quality, engaging video that highlights the key themes and selling points of the destination. Designed as a top-level introduction, the content will present York as a compelling and competitive choice for international visitors. The approach combines existing footage with targeted new filming, ensuring a broad and visually impactful representation of the city and its wider offer.
By working collaboratively across regional partners and leveraging strong visual storytelling, this initiative supports York’s ongoing ambition to grow its international visitor economy.
