Located in the centre of York on Piccadilly, our WORK Space provides the perfect setting for freelancers and remote workers to focus, complete their projects and collaborate. We have daily and monthly passes available, and you can grab one of the 12 individual desks, all coming with sockets, great wifi, free tea and coffee and 10% discount from our traders. If you're booking with your friends or colleagues, we've also got 2 group desks that can be booked, and a break out area available for any collaboration, pondering or just taking a break. At Spark, we want to support the local community as much as possible by offering a range of exciting spaces to accommodate all your needs. This includes a large multipurpose events space available for both private and public use. From screenings, meetings, workshops, birthdays, exhibitions, vintage markets, corporate events, rehearsals; it really is a blank canvas ready to be used! If you’re in need of somewhere to host your event in the heart of York city centre with fantastic catering options courtesy of our independent traders, then we’d be happy to help. Our room hire rates are competitive and if you’re hosting a not for profit community event please talk to us, we’ll do everything we can to help you out! Attention all local makers - do you need room to do your thing?
Are you a creative individual or a budding duo looking for a place to make things (and some mess), try ideas out, and potentially sell your ingenious wares? We are dedicating one of our units for just this - a blank canvas for any inventive soul to transform and adapt to their own creative needs. You'd be based in the heart of York city centre, at a buzzing hub for the local independent business and creative community.
