If you use one of the supported providers above, follow these steps:

  1. Contact your booking provider (SuperControl or freetobook) and request to be added to the Visit York availability feed. You can use the template email below if needed.

    I am an accommodation provider listed with Visit York, and I understand that Visit York has an integration set up through its accommodation booking engine via its developers, DestinationCore.

    I would like to request that my property be added to the Visit York integration, so that visitors can book directly with us through Visit York.

    Please let me know if you require any further information or action from my side to proceed with this request.

  2. Ensure your property details and availability are fully up to date within your system.
