Visit York Pass Update Brings New Features for Visitors
Visit York has successfully launched an updated Visit York Pass digital web app, delivering a refreshed look, improved user experience and a new Pass Sharing feature for visitors.
Launched on Wednesday 5th August, the update was developed to make using the digital pass easier and more flexible, particularly for visitors travelling together.
Pass Sharing allows visitors to securely share individual passes with members of their group, meaning everyone can access their own pass directly on their own device. This gives visitors greater flexibility throughout the day, whether they are exploring attractions together or choosing to split up and experience different parts of the city independently.
The updated digital experience has received great feedback from guests, demonstrating the value of making the Visit York Pass simple and convenient to use throughout a visitor’s time in York.
The update forms part of Visit York’s ongoing work to enhance the visitor experience and provide flexible digital solutions that support visitors as they explore the city.
The updated Visit York Pass digital web app also welcomes York Witch Walk as a new attraction supplier. Joining the Pass from Friday 25th September, York Witch Walk gives Pass holders another opportunity to discover York through a 90-minute evening walking experience. Pre-booking is required. Together, the improvements to the digital Pass and the continued development of its attraction offer support Visit York’s work to create a seamless and engaging visitor experience, while helping Pass holders discover more of what York has to offer.
