New Summer Leaflet Celebrates York from Sunrise to Sunset

Visit York has launched its new Summer Leaflet 2026 as part of its Sunrise to Sunset campaign, developed to showcase the very best of York during the warmer months and support ongoing destination promotion across the city. Launched this week, the publication has been designed to inspire residents and visitors alike, while also providing Visit York Members with a valuable resource to support customer engagement and visitor planning.

Led and delivered through Visit York’s destination marketing activity, the Summer Leaflet highlights York’s vibrant seasonal offer, bringing together shopping, dining, events and experiences taking place across the city throughout the summer period. The publication has been created to encourage exploration and help visitors make the most of their time in York, while supporting local businesses and member organisations.

To maximise reach and visibility, 30,000 copies have been distributed through a coordinated circulation approach including Info Display, Northern Print Distribution, at all six Park & Ride locations, libraries in the city and the Visit York Visitor Information Centre, extending awareness both within the city and through wider distribution channels.

The Sunrise to Sunset campaign continues Visit York’s work to strengthen York’s position as a vibrant and welcoming destination by celebrating the breadth of experiences available across the city throughout the season. Supporting visitors with inspiration while increasing visibility for businesses across York remains an important part of Visit York’s ongoing work to drive and support the visitor economy.

Visit York Members can view the Summer Leaflet online and use it as a useful resource for sharing ideas and inspiration with customers and visitors. Members can also collect printed copies from the Visit York Visitor Information Centre, 21 Parliament Street, to display and share at their own locations.
