Our vibrant 'Art Bench' seating offers a unique opportunity to engage with pedestrians and commuters in one of York’s prime city centre locations. Strategically placed along Parliament Street, these benches serve as the perfect platform to announce new product offerings, exciting launches, and upcoming events.

In 2023, we welcomed 8.9 million visitors. By featuring your business on our art benches, you'll enjoy unparalleled visibility in this high-footfall area, capturing the attention of both residents and visitors alike.

With just under half a million visitors passing through the doors of the Visit York Information Centre each year, this provides an invaluable outlet to expose your business to half a million potential customers.

Visit York members benefit from the following opportunities:

• Free of charge leaflet racking for attractions, tours, retail and eateries
• Expert tourism staff providing face-to-face, email and telephone advice

In addition, tourism businesses can boost their profile in the Visit York Information Centre with the following paid for opportunities where appropriate:

• Ticket Sales – sell tickets through our Visitor Information Centre for your attraction, experience, or one-off event – from 15% commission.

Visitor Information Centre Digital Screens

What is it? Get added exposure for your business by featuring your product or service on the new digital screens in our Visitor Information Centre.
