Join our fun 'gin school' for your own gin-making experience.
With a gin and tonic in hand, we’ll give you an insight into how we started, show you our full production still and explain our production process to give you a feel for distillation.
We’ll then take you on a guided tasting our core gins to help you understand your palette, discover the styles of gin you prefer and also your favourite botanicals.
You’re then ready to learn the art of distilling gin. You’ll be guided through choosing your own botanicals - some of them picked from our own garden, weighing each of them and finally distilling your own unique bottle to take home.
A history of gin: the fascinating and hilarious legends and stories associated with our favourite spirit.
