We’re excited to announce our 2026 dates for the Ultimate Great British Menu Dinners at Roots York.
As you may already know, Tommy, along with our Head Chef, Will Lockwood, and Callum Leslie, Executive Chef at our sister restaurant, The Black Swan at Oldstead, have all enjoyed remarkable success on the show over the years, with Tommy welcomed back this series as a veteran judge.
To celebrate their time on the programme, we’re bringing the trio of chefs together at Roots to cook a selection of their 10/10 Great British Menu dishes. Tommy, whose acclaimed fish dishes earned him a place at the banquet in both 2016 and 2017, will be cooking alongside Will, who served both his canapé and pre-dessert at the 2023 banquet, and Callum, who impressed the judges and progressed to the national finals last year.
