Age UK York
About Us
Age UK York has been supporting the older people of York, their families and carers for over 50 years. We provide a wide range of services for older people with the thanks to our team of staff and volunteers who together help make a life changing difference.
Visit our four charity shops to pick up a unique collectible or two - located at Fossgate, Burton Stone Lane, Haxby village and Bishopthorpe Road - there's everything from vintage clothing to books, pottery and more. Every penny spent in these shops goes right back into the community, supporting older people who live in the city.
Keep a look out for our activities and events - ranging from dog walks with our Keep Your Pet service to boat races and music nights.
We are here for the older people of York.
