This luxury first floor bright apartment run by York Stay Holidays is situated in a peaceful and very central part of York, just a few minutes' walk to York Minster, shops, attractions bars and restaurants. It has been refurbished to the highest standards and tastefully decorated throughout. There is a free parking in a gated car park onsite, a lovely communal garden for guests to enjoy and fast Wi-Fi throughout.

The accommodation comprises of:

LOUNGE/DINER: With glass dining table and 4 chairs, a tub chair and foot stalls and a large luxurious sofa bed (please ask if you would like to use the sofa bed its an additional £15 a night and bedding/towels provided). The smart tv has free Netflix and catch up tv, plus there is a bluetooth speaker to play music from your phone.

KITCHEN: Stylishly equipped with everything you need when away from home including a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and milk frothier. We provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets and biscuits.

BEDROOM: Luxurious king-size bed with crisp Egyptian cotton bedding, soft white towels, USB charger sockets, hairdryer, hot water bottles and fan to cope with the hot weather! There is also a TV with Netflix and catch up.

BATHROOM: Full sized bath with an electric overhead shower, heated towel rail and external window. Toiletries are provided. 

GENERAL BOOKING INFORMATION

Our 1-bed apartment is suitable up to 3 people to include the use of our very comfortable sofa bed for an additional costs of £15 a night. Please ask if you are interested in using the sofa bed WE NEED 24HRS NOTICE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE SOFA BED. THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF £15 A NIGHT WHICH CAN BE ADDED WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING.
