About Us
Rafi’s Spicebox is a family run business which has been going strong since 1989. Our York shop opened its doors in 2004.
At Rafi’s Spicebox we specialise in hand mixing spices for our easy to use at home ‘Curry Packs’. Created by Indian cookery author and teacher Rafi Fernandez, these unique mixes bring years of cooking experience straight to your home. Our Curry Packs include seasonal, regional and favourite family recipes. They are all made by hand and tailored to your tastes.
We also have everything you need to make a top notch Indian meal at home. Including accompaniments such as rice, naan breads, papadums and pickles and chutneys. For the keen cook we boast and impressive array of top quality spices, ingredients, cookware and world foods.
We love to pass on our knowledge and passion to help put a delicious meal on your table. So pop in and watch us hand blend a Curry Pack just for you!
