Staycation York 62A is in the Historic grade II listed Rowntree's Wharf building, and one of the Cocoa Suites.  This one bedroomed self contained apartment has been sympathetically converted to retain original features, whilst providing modern amenities.  It is located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes walk from the City Centre. Whilst you can explore nearly all that York has to offer on foot from this amazing location, allocated car parking for one car in the on site secure parking is provided free of charge to guests for the duration of their stay.  You can also enjoy relaxing in front of a large flatscreen smart TV with access to all of your favourite apps such as netflix, prime etc, access our free Wifi, and enjoy dual aspect views of the River Foss.  The bedroom has a high quality King Size bed with medium/firm mattress and plenty of wardrobe space. Whether you are planning just a few days, or a longer stay, there is everything you need.  Our self check in service allows you to arrive at any time after 3pm on your check in day, and leave any time before 10.00am on your day of departure.  On occasion we can offer early check in or late check out for an additional charge.  We are also able to arrange further optional extras (additional charge applies) for your apartment such as balloon arch, chocolates, fresh flowers etc for special occasions, or a grocery starter pack for you. The living area is spacious, with a four seater sofa that you can stretch out on after a day of sight seeing, as well as enjoying a meal in the dining area, separate from the well equipped kitchen.  Cosy in the winter, and light and cool in the summer, Staycation York is the perfect place to stay all year round.
