The large kitchen, complete with a central island and separate breakfast table, is ideal for gathering together — and each of these rooms enjoys exceptional views, as shown in the photographs. A separate utility room with washing machine and pantry storage sits just off the kitchen. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a games room with a pool table, along with a WC and shower.

Chapter House is just steps from the Minster, around the corner from Minster Yard, and only a few minutes’ walk from Petergate and the main city centre. While the property does not have its own outdoor seating area, guests can stroll around the corner to the open space in front of St William’s College, where picnic tables are available, perfect for enjoying a coffee from one of the excellent nearby cafés.
