29 States – The Indian Kitchen name originated from its diverse history and combination of various regions of India from north to south and east to west, giving it 29 states on the map.
Indian cuisine reflects a 5,000 year history of various groups and cultures interacting with the subcontinent, leading to the diversity of flavors and regional cuisines found in modern day India. Later Mughal, British and Portuguese influence added to the already diverse Indian cuisine. 29 States the Indian Kitchen is bringing this authentic blend of Indian culinary experience to satisfy all aspects of Indian cuisine.
