Free| admission to York Art Gallery is not required to participate 
Suitable for all ages 

This demonstration is an introduction to Jiu Jitsu, the unarmed self-defence martial art the Samurai (armoured warriors) used to train for the battlefield with a modern twist. We are going to showcase from falling safely to defence again punches, grabs and weapons and grappling techniques
