Join the team from York Cocoa Works to learn how chocolate is made and how to taste lots of different flavours in the cocoa from the country of origin to the impact of processing. The York Cocoa Works team celebrate the origin and flavour of cocoa, join them at this special festival tasting to learn more about the art of Tasting Chocolate.
This event takes place in the St Sampsons Centre at 3.30pm daily throughout the York Chocolate Festival - 1st April - 5th April.
