Ashley McCarthy, an experienced chocolatier and professionally trained chef, known for being on Channel 4’s Extreme Chocolate Makers, will be showcasing his chocolate sculpturing skills live during the festival.
Sponsored by Stableside York, the 2026 sculpture will be horse themed. Free for all to visit, see what concept Ashely has come up with this year and watch him build his most recent creation!
Alongside this, internationally acclaimed pastry chef Florian Poirot, winner of the Best Sugar Showpiece prize at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, will present a dramatic sugar-work sculpture.
