Explore a flavourful insight into what made York the Chocolate City, learn how we craft our own chocolate in our on-site Manufactory before finding your own Chocolate Making Workshop; a great way to reward your team, or to bring them together. Encouraging group participation, chocolate making requires every strength and characteristic of your team to explore and create the perfect chocolate.

Our chocolate experiences range from 1 hour tasting experiences through to 4 hour workshops mastering chocolate making skills.

Choose from:

• Chocolate Tasting Tour - explore the chocolate manufactory, how our chocolate is made and how the cocoa we work with shares a wide range of flavours to create a flavourful experience for all of the senses.
• Chocolate Bar Making Workshop - our hands-on chocolate workshop that invites your team to each design and create their own chocolate bar.
• Introduction to Chocolate Making - learn how to craft your own chocolate truffles with this hands-on, in-depth Chocolate Masterclass.
• Chocolate Making from Cocoa Bean to Chocolate Bar - join us to learn how to craft chocolate from cocoa bean to chocolate bar. You'll work in teams to fully master the chocolate making process and create your own signature chocolate recipe.

We are able to cater for group bookings for groups from 8 to 60 participants across our available workshop spaces.
