Kapadokya 50 is a traditional Turkish, family-run restaurant, proudly owned by Hayati & Mithat Kucukkoylu. Located in the heart of York city centre, North Yorkshire, we are easily accessible by public transport, with a strong bus network nearby and just a short walk from York Railway Station, as well as all major city centre hotels.

As a locally run and independent business, we have been part of the community for almost 25 years, welcoming guests from near and far with genuine Turkish hospitality. We are also proud to be recognised as one of North England’s very first barbecue restaurants, bringing authentic flavours and time-honoured cooking techniques to the region long before it became popular.
