At 4–5 St Peters Grove, Clifton, York, YO30 6AQ. We are on a quiet residential street, roughly a ten-minute walk from York Minster, the city walls and the Theatre Royal. The Shambles is a short stroll further, and York station is approximately a twenty-minute walk.
- Is there parking?
Yes. Limited on-site parking is available. Spaces are charged (typically around £15 per night) and should be reserved in advance, as availability is not guaranteed. Please let us know when you book if you need a space.
- How far is it from the City Center?
Approximately a ten-minute walk to York Minster and the city walls. The historic centre, Shambles and most major attractions are easily reached on foot.
- How many bedrooms are there?
Twenty-seven individually decorated en-suite bedrooms. Rooms vary in size and character — from four-poster rooms and a garden chalet-style suite to more compact doubles. All include free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and tea/coffee-making facilities.
- Is the hotel Accessible?
Hotel Clementine is a historic property with stairs and no lift. Upper floors are accessible by stairs only, so it is not suitable for guests with significant mobility issues. Please contact us before booking if you have any concerns.
