Discover a huge selection of quality vinyl records at York Racecourse on Sunday 1st November 2026. Over 70 top sellers with over 200 tables – that’s about 200,000 records! Rock ‘n’ roll, soul, punk, prog, indie, reggae, metal, electronic, jazz, classical and much more. Whether you stay for seven hours or pop in for 30 minutes, there's sure to be something for every music enthusiast. In addition to mostly vinyl records, there will also be some collectable CDs and 78s, music-related books, ephemera and posters. The event in 2026 will be on two floors in the Knavesmire Stand exhibition space. Since the first event in 2022, York Record Fair has become a regular bi-annual destination for record collectors. As well as rare first pressings from yesteryear, there will be recent releases of current music and lots of bargains. Some stalls specialise in particular types of music and others have a wide range.
The record fair venue is easy to get to by car, with free parking. It’s a 30 minute walk from York Railway Station, with frequent buses and taxis if required. Admission is £3 on the door. Free for under 16s.
