Bronze oaks, golden beech trees and crimson maples line the Arboretum vistas and avenues, starting from October and into early November. Don’t miss the ‘October Glory’ red maple and brilliantly bright Acer Grove featuring brilliant red and orange Japanese maples.
Take an autumn stroll and take in the sweeping vistas, peaceful hidden glades, huge variety of trees, lakes and ponds as part of your visit. Don’t forget to stop by the Red Squirrel Enclosure to try and spot our new arrival, David Attenborough (as named by public vote), and a homemade lunch in the café.
