Inquests, riots, politics, plagues, religious influence, bizarre entertainments and strange auctions, York's pub history provides a strong picture of the social life of the city.
Walks start from outside the National Trust shop, YO1 7LG at the junction of College Street and Goodramgate. Tours last for approx. 2 hours.
