About

Kicking off the fourth annual York Georgian Festival, we have the fabulously witty and wonderful Terry Deary, author of the Horrible Histories series, uncovering the dark tales from behind the red curtain.

In celebration of his highly anticipated novel Actually, I’m A Corpse, the second instalment of The Actually Murders series… and his humorous historical account of A History of The World in Ten Wars, we welcome you to step back in time as Terry tells us tales of murder, both on and off the stage (our photo shows him on stage as an actor).

Enjoy a glass of fizz on arrival and relax in the beautiful State Room at York Mansion House.

There will be the opportunity for purchasing/ book signing at the end of the talk.

Tickets are extremely limited, book yours now!

Suitable for ages 18+
