Celebrate the festive season with the legendary Grimethorpe Colliery Band in the magnificent setting of York Minster on Saturday 12th December. Formed in 1917, the band achieved international fame through its starring role in the BAFTA-nominated film Brassed Off and has spent more than a century delighting audiences with exceptional musicianship. This promises to be an evening of spectacular festive favourites, sublime soloists and top entertainment from the world’s most famous colliery band!
