About Us
The Yorkshire Air Museum at Elvington near York offers a truly unique setting for all manner of meetings and events. Our Halifax Suite is great for training sessions, conferences, away-days and much more. It has modern facilities and refreshments and catering are available - fully adaptable to meet your needs.
The Halifax Suite meeting room can be configured in a number of ways – including classroom and cabaret – and can fit up to 90 people, depending on layout. We also have plenty of free parking at our site on the outskirts of York, within easy reach of the A64 and A1079.
The Museum is based on the site of a WW2 heavy bomber base and many of our buildings are original. We have one of the largest collections of aircraft in the country, from biplanes to supersonic jets.
We even have our own cinema!
