Villa Farm Luxury Holiday Cottages consist of 12 rustic self-catering cottages that can accommodate from 2-18 guests, less than 4 miles from York City Centre. The cottages have a rustic feel, with farmhouse decor alongside a modern twist, and are set in 15 acres of private grounds with a lovely pond area that allows guests to enjoy the wonderful North Yorkshire countryside without being too far away from York City Centre itself.

Onsite we have free Wi-Fi, free guest car parking, and flexible check-in/ check-out times upon request. Cottages that include a hot tub are; Yorkshire Rose House, Minster Lodge, Ebor Cottage, Jorvik Cottage, Roman Cottage, Knavesmire Cottage, Pheasant Rise, and Dove Cottage.

Also less than 5 minutes away from Villa Farm, we have Saxford Barn, which is a beautifully restored cottage, within the popular village of Wigginton. Saxford Barn sleeps up to 12 guests, has a private hot tub, and is ideal for families, group bookings, and corporate away days.
