The Dovecote sleeps 4 in a three storey property with an ensuite bedroom on each floor and a separate WC on ground level.

In winter, enjoy relaxing in the comfy leather and tweed sofas in front of the log fire stove, not that you need a stove as the underfloor heating ensures you are toasty warm all year round.

The large beautiful Neptune country kitchen has its own private patio area with barbeque accessed via the french doors off the kitchen.

The bedrooms have super comfy luxury Yorkshire mattresses and the beds can be split into a twin room giving either a super king or twin room with shower room and king room with shower over bath.

Access to the GAMES ROOM also included which has a pool table and darts board (children under 16 years supervised only).

A WELCOME BASKET of Prosecco, wine or juices, homemade bread and Yorkshire Breakfast Produce is also provided.
