Available Monday 17 – Sunday 23 August 2026, this special Family Saver ticket admits up to 2 adults and 4 children and is valid for 12 months from your first visit, offering fantastic value for money and endless memorable days out!
Pay once, visit free all year! Tickets are available to purchase online or at the admissions desk on the day.

- The ‘Attractions' Week Family Saver’ ticket admits up to 2 adults and up to 4 children (aged 5-16 years) for 12 months from date of first visit (between Monday 17 – Sunday 23 August 2026.)
- Tickets are strictly non-transferable.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- Family Tickets already purchased for dates 17 – 23 August cannot be refunded for the special offer price.

'Attractions' Week Family Saver' tickets can be purchased online at York Castle Museum Tickets, or at the admissions desk on the day of your visit between Monday 17 - Sunday 23 August 2026.
The special offer price is automatically applied to all Family Tickets during the offer dates.
- Can I cancel or change my booking during York Attractions' Week?
As per York Castle Museum's refunds policy, if you have booked the wrong time and date but have rebooked with a new time, we will refund the booking made in error. You can contact us to arrange this by visiting York Museums Trust - Enquiries or calling 01904 687687.
If you can no longer make the date or time your 'Attractions Week Family Saver' ticket was booked for, you do not need to contact us to rearrange. As tickets last 12 months from date of first visit, you can book a new date and time on York Castle Museum's Ticket page: York Castle Museum Tickets, by clicking on 'View more ticket types' and select the appropriate 'Return' ticket type.

Our Summer at York Castle Museum displays and family activities are included in general admission, open until Sunday 6 September 2026. Your 12 month ticket also includes full access to all galleries and exhibitions, all Half-Term family activities and events, our popular Christmas at York Castle Museum displays, offering fantastic value for money!
