Introducing our new summer feast menu that gives a light, seasonal, Roots-style twist to some of those classic Sunday Roast favourites – like a Sungold Tomato Salad with Whipped Ricotta and Hazelnut, BBQ Herb Fed Chicken served with summery sides like Charred Gem Lettuce with Apple Mint and Pickled Onion, and Grilled Summer Vegetable Fricassee with Lemon Verbena. As always there’ll be your Sunday roast staples of crispy roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings, with the option to stuff yours with succulent braised chicken thigh. To round things off, there’s a Strawberry and Apple Marigold Pavlova. Perfect.

This menu will run through July, August and September, with a vegetarian and pescatarian option always available.
