Launching for British Game Week and continuing into November, The Gamekeeper’s Retreat celebrates the best of North Yorkshire’s game season. Enjoy a three-course menu by Executive Chef Callum Leslie, named BASC’s Best Game Chef, showcasing British game and wild food from local estates, including neighbouring Newburgh Priory.
With Banks Brothers Cape Vintage and Cape Tawny waiting in your room, enjoy an evening of seasonal dining at The Abbey Inn, followed by an overnight stay overlooking Byland Abbey. The next morning, savour a hearty breakfast at our sister restaurant, The Black Swan.
