Learn the full magic of creating chocolate from the raw bean itself to making actual chocolate. We’ll share with you the secrets of the chocolate making process, to create your very own chocolate recipe. Each participant will work with the base chocolate ingredients to make their own signature blended chocolate that they can take home to use in their own chocolate creations.

This workshop is part of our Chocolate Masterclass program, it can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a series of classes. Previous knowledge will not be necessary so it's a perfect introduction to the mechanics of working with chocolate, especially for any cake maker that wants to understand more about how chocolate works.

During the workshop you will:

• Learn how to develop flavours and qualities from each stage of the cocoa bean processing
• Learn how to combine ingredients to create desired chocolate recipes
• Make a personalised signature chocolate blend to your own recipe
• Beautifully package up your creations so you can enjoy them or re-use them at home in your own recipes
• Go home with recipes and your newly found chocolate knowledge

What do you take away with you?

Each chocolate maker will receive approximately 500g of your own chocolate as well as the recipes and technical worksheets to be able to make your own and perfect your skills at home.

A Chocolate Makers Assistant Ticket is also available to enable an assisting partner to work together with the Chocolate Maker to craft a batch of chocolate together.

Duration

This workshop is approximately 4 hours during which time you will create your own chocolate bar to take home from cocoa beans.
