It’s time for you to craft a legacy at York Minster.
This summer, bring your imagination to life at York Minster and get hands-on LEGO® bricks. Be inspired by one of the world’s most magnificent cathedrals and create your own architectural designs. Gothic architecture not for you? Get creative and build, a dinosaur, or a rocket, or even a pirate ship!

These facilitated sessions will run each day during regular sightseeing times.
They take place in St Stephen’s chapel inside the Minster. The sessions operate on a drop-in basis, no booking required, and are included with your sightseeing ticket.
Don’t forget – children go free to York Minster! Every adult sightseeing ticket includes entry for four children aged 17 and under.
York Minster Opening Hours
General visiting:
Mon – Sat: 9.30am – 5pm (last admission 4pm)
Sun: 12.45pm – 3.30pm (last admission at 2.30pm).
