Hop into the Easter Holidays at Stump Cross Caverns! We have so much going on this Half term from the grand reopening of our Gem panning sluice, two different workshops and a dinosaur egg hunt around the caves, you don’t want to miss out!
Due to popular demand we are extending our Cosmic adventures workshop until the end of Easter! This is the perfect opportunity to learn about our Dark skies with a beginners guide to star gazing and spotting constellations, you even get a chance to make some space themed crafts! This interactive workshop will take place daily from 2pm-3pm so get ready for blast off and shoot for the stars!
Explore an ancient world in our Fossil digs, taking place daily from 12pm-1pm, Marvel at dinosaur eggs, mammoth tusks, and megalodon teeth, then unearth your own fossils to keep in our Fossil Dig experience.
Go on a prehistoric adventure this Easter! Hunt for glowing dino eggs deep underground in our UV caverns. Will you find them before they hatch? The Dinosaur egg hunt is included in every Child’s cave ticket!
Gem Panning is back this Spring! Discover precious gems, pan for treasure, and see if you can find one of Mickey Finn’s missing GOLDEN shark teeth! With prizes to be won every single day—will you strike gold?
