York Minster’s popular Christmas Carol Concerts return offering the perfect start to the festive season. The Choir of York Minster, one of the UK’s leading cathedral choirs, will perform traditional and much-loved Christmas music, with seasonal readings from special guest Garry Cooper and the chance for the audience to join in with carols.
The concerts take place in the beautiful setting of York Minster’s awe-inspiring Nave and include music by the Yorkshire Volunteer Band. Both concerts will start at 7pm and finish by 9pm, and will take place on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 December.
Booking:
Tickets priced between £15 – £40 are available via the York Minster Box Office or by calling the York Minster Bookings Team on 01904 557200. Children over the age of two need their own seat.
Reserved seating in the Central Nave can be booked on the York Minster website. Unreserved seating in the Nave Side Aisles can be booked on the York Minster website.
Doors will open at 6pm.

Mon – Sat: 9.30am – 5pm (last admission 4pm)
Sun: 12.45pm – 3.30pm (last admission at 2.30pm).
