Castle Howard’s Head Chef Nathan Richardson-Kelly has hand-crafted this delicious seasonal menu with Estate-reared Aberdeen Angus Beef as the star of the show, reared in Bulmer by the Fargher family.

Locally brewed Castle Howard Session Blonde Ale brewed by Harrogate Brewing, and Helmsley Brewing Co’s Jacky Boy Black Stout also star in the starter and dessert, perfectly complimenting the menu.
