School Tours of York

About Us
Bring your school group to York for a fun and fact-filled walking tour! Aimed specifically at school groups (but also appropriate for other groups of children and young people).
Choose from a range of topic-specific tours:
- Roman
- Medieval
- Crime & Punishment
- Victorian Industries
- or a general tour covering 2000 Years of History
Tours can be flexible to adapt to your subject and your group’s requirements. Perhaps you would like to do some sketching on the tour? Or link the tour to your school topic about tourism. Or even adapt your tour to include geography, religious education, or other eras of history.
All tours include:
- walking to see some marvellous sights of York, as well as some of the lesser-known parts
- engaging facts and stories linked to the places you will visit
- frequent opportunities for interaction and QA.
