How The Race Works

Race Across the World: The Experience is a foot race where teams must navigate between three checkpoints, solve escape room-style puzzles and make game-changing decisions.

The mission and the rules are simple: hunt down the guest book before your rivals, manage your in-game budget wisely and work as a team to reach the finish line. No public transport is allowed and all you need is a team of 2-8 players, WhatsApp and weather-proof clothing. 

Self-guided from start to finish, teams are encouraged to do as much or as little exploring en route as they please. As always, step-free, family-friendly and dog-friendly routes will be available. 

Along the way, teams will visit fantastic local checkpoint venues where they can secure an exclusive discount on food and/or drinks. 

Visit iconic landmarks, discover hidden gems and soak up centuries’ worth of history by racing across one of the UK’s most venerated cities.
