Three thousand years ago she came to this world from the Otherworld. She has been known as “Hedge Witch”, “Druidess” and “Wise One”. Now she is the Storyteller and it is time to tell the Old Tales - TWILIGHT TALES of ghosts, witches and monsters!

Perhaps, whilst walking with the Witch, you'll glimpse the dreaded Barghest (the Hound of the Underworld), or encounter another famous Yorkshire Seer - Old Mother Shipton! Or, maybe, you will sense the cold presence of the Shadow Man, the evil Mr Pim! You might just find that walking these streets, at the Old One's side, inspires you to take your own steps down the Witch's Path! With so much to learn and experience this truly is a one of a kind walking tour.

Starting from St Helen's Square, Ragnell Hagathorn will guide you on a walking tour lasting 90 of your mortal minutes, but the knowledge she imparts will linger for a lifetime. Ragnell is a character unlike any other: her bedazzling costuming, deep knowledge and gifted storytelling will hold you spellbound! Join her any Wednesday to Sunday evening to create your own magical memories of York.
