The Autumn Sunday Feast

As autumn arrives, our Sunday Feast turns to the rich, comforting flavours of the season, celebrating the very best of Yorkshire produce with a menu designed for long, leisurely Sundays. Expect warming dishes such as Potato Velouté with Smoked Haddock and Aged Killeen, Steak Tartare with Horseradish Cream and Senshyu Onion, and Oldstead Charcuterie with sourdough and wild garlic honey butter.

At the heart of the feast, Salt-Aged Roasted Pork Loin is served with Bramley Apple Butter, alongside Sunday favourites including Pork Dripping Roast Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding, Cauliflower Cheese with Rollright & Mustard and Herb-Infused Pork Gravy. Seasonal vegetables include roasted hispi cabbage with lovage and preserved wild garlic, and damson-glazed Pablo beetroots with nasturtium and hazelnut. To finish, Comice Pear with Dark Chocolate and Woodruff Caramel offers an elegant autumnal finale.
