This guided gastronomic walking tour gets you behind the scenes - tasting new creations, chatting to producers and seeing how their award winning products are made. Come hungry!
Beginning and ending at Malton's cookery school, The Cook's Place, the Malton Malton Food Tour combines tasty food, lots to learn and a fun 1 mile stroll around town. The tour line-up varies seasonally, so you might hear what it takes to make (and how to eat) the perfect pizza - yes you have probably been eating it incorrectly! Or marvel at how many Yorkshire Puddings go into making an award winning beer. Taste a selection of Yorkshire cheese or learn why gin is linked to so many famous sayings. One thing is for sure, you will learn & laugh!
Dates: The tour takes place on the second Saturday of the month between March and November.
