Dig for Victory - 4-course 1945 Celebration Luncheon
Join us on this very special day to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of VE Day. A celebratory Cocktail Reception will be followed by a four-course luncheon with accompanying wines. The menu will be imaginatively created by Head Chef Ashley Binder, with a 'Dig for Victory' approach, using produce from our own gardens as well as sourced from local farmers.
York's Celebration Singers will entertain us with a wonderful performance of music and songs.
12:30pm Arrive for the celebratory Cocktail Reception
1:00pm Sit down to a special four-course menu with accompanying wines, and finishing with coffee and fudge.
York's Celebration Singers will perform music and traditional songs from the era at intervals during the lunch to celebrate this special anniversary.
