SERVING PROPER BURGERS IN YORK AND BEYOND!
At Byron, we believe in making proper burgers, and proper burgers need proper beef. We are committed to partnering with great brands to ensure top quality ingredients. Working with prestigious butcher, Alden’s, we use selected cuts of Brisket, Chuck and Rip Cap, which are then dry aged to create our signature patties.
Enjoy our signature proper burgers for a quality, juicy burger, or upgrade your patties to double smash for that crispy, caramelised crust, and pair with our delicious sides and shakes.
