· The prize draw is being administered by Make It York.

· The prize on offer is a £25 York BID Gift Card.

· The closing date for entering the prize draw is 1st October 2024.

· No submissions after the stated closing date will be accepted.

· Winners will be chosen at random and notified by email or phone (using the details submitted in the survey) within six weeks of the closing date.

· Personal details collected for the prize draw will not be used for any other purpose. We will only use your personal data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

· If a reply is not received within seven working days, Make It York reserves the right to draw a new winner at random.

· The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
