|Tower visits can be added to make a trip more special (additional charges apply). Climb up the winding tower of 275 steps and 230 feet, passing the medieval pinnacles and gothic grotesques before stepping out into the open air to experience panoramic views of York from the highest point in the city – spy the hidden alleyways and medieval lanes and beyond the beautiful surrounding Yorkshire County.
