Alpine chalets are set to line Parliament Street and St Sampson’s Square, and the market will showcase a magical array of local crafts, artisan products, and delicious seasonal treats. With over 80% of the traders coming from Yorkshire, it’s the perfect opportunity to support local businesses while enjoying the very best of the region.
The market is about more than just shopping - it’s about creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone. Sustainability will continue to be a key focus, with a range of traders committed to ethical and eco-friendly practices.

The city offers plenty of bike racks and secure storage options, making it easy and safe to cycle into York. In addition, there will be supervised, undercover cycle parking located at Minster Refectory provided by York Cycle Campaign.
