The team at HempWell understand that everyone is at some point impacted by Mental health issues, whether it is the individual or a close friend or family member. Some have been affected more than others and we understand how important it is to be able to get the help you need when you need it most which is the main aim of Mind. Because of this we are hoping to raise money to support Mind so that the wonderful people there can continue to do the fantastic jobs that they do and reach as many people as possible across the UK, raising awareness and offering support to all who need it struggling with Mental health Problems.
We thought what better way than to take on the Yorkshire 3 peaks Challenge, knowing that exercise, reconnecting with nature and fresh air can all contribute to good mental health.
