For a number of nights throughout the year, Carlton Towers opens it’s doors to offer the perfect and elegant setting for guests to enjoy the ultimate fine dining experience.

Our talented in-house chefs create menus that innovate and indulge the senses. Enjoy a delicious three-course meal and a glass of fizz in our opulent staterooms. Our team will be on hand to provide the best service and ensure you have a memorable evening.
