A Creation for York: adapted from the York cycle of Mystery Plays. Three plays by three directors in three different venues on the afternoon of 1 June 2024 in the Micklegate area of York.

The Creation of the World: St Columba’s church, Priory Street, York

The Fall of Man: Holy Trinity, Micklegate, York

Cain and Abel: St Martin’s Stained Glass Centre, Micklegate, York.

Guided by the cast, the audience will walk the short distance between each venue. Each play lasts about 25 minutes. There is disabled access and toilet facilities. Suitable for children aged 10 and above. Refreshments will be available at St Martin’s on a Pay as You Feel basis.

Performances start at 2 pm and again at 3.30 pm. One ticket pays for the experience of all three plays.
